Todd, All, E-O1 is a code somewhat generic, for mis-transport. After you eject the magazine (I use a feeler gauge- its the perfect size and shape, in the .010 to .020 range) ALWAYS unplug the changer to clear the trouble code out of the players IC. MOST IMPORTANTLY- look at the end panel of the magazine, the one with the window in it. If it has the word "Acura" on it, throw it away. If it has the stylized caliper logo, its the updated magazine. Issue is / was that the early magazines had platforms that were too thin and with age and wear would get even thinner AND sag, and cause bad loads. The newer magazines, identified as above, have noticeably thicker platforms, or dividers. There is a parts bulletin describing this problem, so if the player is less than 3 years old, you should be able to warranty it.
